Initially carving for pleasure during the last fifteen years, I am now developing and perfecting my carving skills at the yearly summer workshops in Sorrento for the past four years.
To bring a piece of wood to exact dimensions and colour of the living species gives me great personal satisfaction. When my birds look real enough to fly, I know I have accomplished a piece of art.
